If you press 0, the system returns to the "Delete Card ID#" prompt
without deleting the card from the database.
Press [ ] to accept the entry.
Press 1 or 0.
If you press 1, the system exits card function programming.
If you press 0, the system returns to the "Add Card?" prompt.
