moved to Sections 4–5 and 4–6, respectively.
Mnemonic codes have been added throughout the manual.
Terms have been standardized.
The information in Appendices B and C has been given in greater detail and in-
cludes standardized terms.
Scan time has been replaced by cycle time throughout the manual.
