Speed–torque diagrams
Note
For drive converter operation on 480 V line supplies, DC link voltages of
> 600 V are obtained. The following restrictions apply:

SIMODRIVE Planning Guide Motors (PJM) – 11.00 Edition
Motors, shaft heights 28, 36, 48, 63 and 80 may only be utilized acc. to
∆T = 60 K. Shaft heights 100 and 132 can still be utilized according to
∆T = 100 K.
The shift of the voltage limiting characteristics is described in Chapter
ALS/1.1.
The specified thermal S3 limit characteristics are referred to ∆T = 100 K.
The voltage limiting characteristic for DC link = 540V corresponds to the
limiting characteristic, previously shown in the Planning Guide (Edition
08.98). The new voltage limiting characteristic for DC link = 600 V can only
be used in conjunction with the drive function 'L(I) _:Adaption'. This is inte-
grated into the following systems:
