7.1

Replacing the Parts of the Lullaby

WARNING:-
Before replacing the Field Replacing Unit (FRU)s always do the following:
1. Switch off the power.
2. Set the castor brakes.
3. Remove the cylinders if they are mounted on to the Lullaby
4. Always use anti-static material and wear anti-static wrist strap, safety glasses,
safety shoes and safety gloves while dismantling the Lullaby
possible damage due to static electricity and sharp edges.

Replacing the Hood Exterior (FRU Kit No: 2043936-001)

WARNING: -
The heater assembly and the protective grid may still be hot if you dismantle the unit
immediately after it has been in use.
CAUTION: -
Do not touch the inside of the heater reflector. Imprints of fingers may reduce the
output of the heater's reflective surface. The temperature of the heater can be
determined by holding the skin temperature probe against the heater.
Note: Always perform the system checkout procedure and electrical safety check before returning
the Lullaby Warmer to use after performing repair.
