Repacking the warmer without SKD for local transport

The SKD kit should be assembled right at the customer site to avoid whole-unit transportation
which may result in serious damage to product. When it is not feasible to assemble the SKD kit at
the customer site, follow the below process for local transportation to avoid damages.

Hood
Bed side panels
Accessories
After fixing the removed parts of the warmer, perform the checkout procedures explained in this
manual.
WARNING:-
In the assembled condition (Heater hood and bed assembled), the Lullaby
Warmer should not be subjected to outdoor transport.

Description
Hood Removal:
1.
Dismantle
the
Dismantling the Hood Assembly.
2.
Pack
the
cardboard box and wrap it with straps
tightly to avoid movement.
Bed Side Panels Removal
1.
Remove the four bed side-panels and
wrap them in a bubble wrap.
2.
Pack the panel assembly in the
cardboard box and wrap it with straps
tightly to avoid movement.
CAUTION: -
Remove the dovetail accessories
during transport.
Place the warmer in a position
where it does not touch any hard
surface to avoid scratches during
transport.
