Remove the Hood assembly (refer to 6.3 dismantling hood) before you carry out the procedure
given below.
Instructions to remove the Heater Assembly and cables:
1. Remove the rear cover.
2. Unscrew the swivel sensor cable from the hood support plate.
3. Replace with a new swivel sensor cable and tighten the screws.
4. Remove the front cover and front bracket.
5. Unscrew the M5 fastener to disengage the retaining sleeve as shown in Fig. 86 A.
6. Pull and hold the Swivel knob and remove the harness with retaining sleeve as shown in
Fig. 86 B.

7. Release the cables from the hood pipe and rear bracket.

8. Carefully slide out the heater assembly from front side.
9. Remove and replace the Heater and the observation lamp cables as explained below:
Disassemble the old cable harness from the heater assembly step by step as shown.
9A. Disconnect the blue color harness by unscrewing the screw.
9B. Disconnect the lamp holder by pulling it gently.
