Chapter 4
There is no separate service mode in this equipment. During power up, the software will check all
the safety critical functions. The following are the troubleshooting guidelines for the trained
personnel:

Defective heater tube
Defective cable assembly
heater-observation lamp.
Heater
disconnected
PWA.
Check if the heater tube
resistance is above 100
ohms.
Improper
connector P10 on the PWA.
The connector from the
heater tube to the PWA is
damaged.
Power
connected to the wall.

NOTE: For Warmer with halogen
lamp and transformer.
Replace cable assembly heater-
observation lamp 2060529-001 in
FRU 2062276-001
NOTE: For Warmer with SMPS and
LED observation lamp.
Connect heater-observation lamp
cable to PWA (PCB Wire Assembly)
If yes, replace heater tube 2044386-
001
Check the connection on the PWA
Replace PWA FRU 2043951-001
NOTE: For Warmer with halogen
lamp and transformer.
Replace PWA FRU 2062277-001
NOTE: For Warmer with SMPS and
LED observation lamp
Connect the power cord to the wall
