Channel Configuration
After installing the 1769sc-IR6I Isolated RTD/Resistance Input Module, you
must configure it for operation, usually using the programming software
compatible with the controller (for example, RSLogix 500 or RSLogix 5000).
Once configuration is complete and reflected in the ladder logic, you need to
operate the module and verify its configuration.
This chapter contains information on the following:

The module uses eight input words for data and status bits (input image), and
seven configuration words.
