Pneumatic port 3

Exhausting a system using the MS6−SV results in high levels of noise. We therefore
recommend that you use a silencer.
Warning
If a commercially−available silencer is used, the body of the silencer may
become clogged, which can result in reduced exhaust performance (back
pressure).
S Use the safety silencer designed for the device (è Chapter 11 Accessories").
S Only use a commercially−available silencer if it will be maintained at regular
intervals by service staff and if also using a back pressure monitoring system.
Screw the silencer into pneumatic port 3.
S
Make sure that there is unrestricted exhausting. Neither the silencer nor port 3
S
should be blocked.
