Function no. 1937 specifies whether there are diagnostic data
and contains, where applicable, the number of the first mod-
ule on which a fault has occurred (see section B.2.6.).

Signal status of the outputs
There are diagnostic data if bit 6 supplies a 1-signal. Bits 0...5
contain the module number of the first faulty module (see
also section B.2.6.). If, for example, there were a fault on
module 5 (5 dec. = 101 Bin), the following input data would
be available:
