Regular maintenance and cleaning of the parts which can be reached without opening the machine will
prolong the life of the machine. Do not use rough materials to clean the machine such as wire wool. The
machine and or machine part should not be cleaned with compressed air. The crimping machine as well
as the machine parts must not be cleaned with hard objects like scrapers, steel wool or similar. Vacuum
heavily soiled parts and wear.

12.1.1 Daily

- Visual inspection of the Pneum. Parallel Crimp
Machine AT-SC
- Check air pressure 6 bar / 90 PSI

12.1.2 Monthly

- Lubricate the upper press shaft with the supplied grease gun at the
grease nipple
(Fig. 12.01) with Blaser Swiss Lube
Art.-No. 00492-01 EP-Universal Grease (1 Shock pressure)
- Greasing the rear cylinder mounting flange, lubricating all moving parts
Procedure:
- Disconnect pneumatic supply
- Remove housing
- Grease the rear cylinder mounting flange with Blaser Swiss Lube Art.-No. 00492-01 EP-Universal
Grease
- Lubricate all moving parts with Blasolube Fluid Art.-No. 00761-01
- Mount housing

12.1.3 After 7 Years at the latest

The counter has a nominal life of 7 years. The lithium battery of the counter cannot be exchanged,
therefore the complete counter hast to be exchanged.
Procedure:
- Disconnect pneumatic supply
- Remove housing
- Pull the counter to the front and disconnect the electrical connection
- Connect the new counter with the electrical connection and pull it into the machine. Pay attention that
it is attached firmly in the machine.
- Mount housing.
Information:
Dispose of the battery resp. the counter according to environmental standards of
your country.
