It is absolutely essential that machine and equipment parts on which maintenance or service jobs have to
be carried out are disconnected from the air supply, unless anything to the contrary is stated in the
operating manual.

General Information / Product Description / Function

When the Pneum. Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC is used in accordance with the instruction for use, it is
safe to operate. If the safety precautions and the warnings are not strictly observed the employment of
the Pneum. Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC could be dangerous.
INFORMATION:
Due to its patented safety mechanism the pneumatic crimp machine AT-SC can be
operated WITHOUT additional safety guard.
The Pneum. Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC is a pneumatic crimp machine for the TE interchangeable
crimping system designed as a complete table top unit. With the Pneum. Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC
the most common terminals on the market can be crimped with the TE interchangeable crimping systems.
All other applications of the Pneum. Parallel Crimp Machine AT-SC are only permitted with a written
permission of the manufacturer. For all unauthorised applications of the Pneum. Parallel Crimp Machine
AT-SC the manufacturer cannot be held liable for any resultant damage or injury.
According to the type of terminal an interchangeable suitable crimping die is selected and installed into
the die holders. With the push-in device (optional Accessory: P/N 528052-1) and the right locator the
terminals are positioned correctly and repetitive in the interchangeable crimping die.
By pressing the pneumatic double foot pedal, the crimping cycle of the Pneum. Parallel Crimp Machine
AT-SC is activated. All Pneum. Parallel Crimp Machines AT-SC are equipped with a positive closing
mechanism and guarantee a constant crimp quality.
In case of blocked jaws caused by operation or handling errors or wrongly placed terminals, press the
release button to open the jaws.
