The following table summarises the errors that can occur during installation and use of the E-Memory
software. If the indications are not sufficient to solve the problem, contact the assistance service.
Microsoft Access Runtime does
not install automatically.
The data in the SD memory card is
not acquired by the E-Memory
Software.
The E-Memory Software does not
install correctly.
The E-Memory Software does not
e-mail the cycle data.
Data transfer from the SD memory
card to the PC is very slow.
When the E-Memory software is
run, the following message
appears: "Protection warning: this
file may be dangerous .....Cancel-
Open".
If E-Memory Software is run from
the desktop icon, the
MSACCESS.EXE search screen

Open the CD-ROM folder in Explorer, then the ART folder, and click
twice on setup.
Check PC and SD memory card communication in the "connections"
page.
Check the minimum system requirements, in particular the operating
system installed on the PC.
Make sure you have installed and enabled an e-mail client on your
PC.
The system the E-Memory Software is installed on is at the limit of
the minimum requirements.
Click on the rapid acquisition button (
page (see paragraph "PC-SD MEMORY CARD CONNECTION AND
DISCONNECTION").
This message is due to the fact that the macro protection in Access
2003 is set to Medium level . Click on "Open", everything works
correctly.
To eliminate the initial installation message of Access 2003, the
macro protection level can be lowered:
run Access 2003
Tools -->Macros-->Protection-->low level and everything will work
fine.
