Disassembly and Replacement

Rear Panel

REMOVAL
1.
Remove the main cover assembly (refer to "Section 9.1.3 - Cover
Assembly").
2.
Completely remove the two screws at the back of the base assembly
previously loosened to remove the cover assembly.
3.
Move the top of the panel away from the main circuit board until the
board is out of its mounting slot and the panel is clear of the connectors
on the back edge of the board.
4.
Lift up on the rear panel to remove it from the base assembly.
REPLACEMENT
5.
Set the rear panel into position in the base assembly. Make sure it is
oriented so the paper holder slots are located beneath the printer
assembly and on the outside of the unit.
6.
Insert the two screws through the base assembly outer casing and the
rear panel and partially thread the screws into their respective nuts. DO
NOT TIGHTEN AT THIS TIME!
7.
Replace the main cover assembly (refer to "Section 9.1.3 - Cover
Assembly").
