6.1
General information
The fill level of the lubricant in the lubricant
reservoir should be subjected to visual in-
spection at regular intervals. If the lubricant
fill level is too low, lubricant needs to be add-
ed up to the maximum mark as described in
Chapter 4.4.5 "Commissioning and venting
the MDR."
Observe the instructions from the
machine manufacturer regarding the
lubricants that are to be used.
The MDU is subjected to an inspection
and adjustment using colored lubricant
at the factory.
A residual amount of lubricant does not
impair function.

Note!
Only fill using clean lubricant and an
appropriate device. Contaminated lubri-
cants can result in severe system mal-
function. The lubricant reservoir must
be filled without introducing bubbles.
