• The device requires two LR03 (micro, AAA)
batteries for operation. Insert the batteries into
the battery holders, observing the correct polarity
as indicated on the PCB.
• Close the housing and screw in the two housing
screws.
• Finally, the device must be appropriately secured
(e.g. using a cable tie) and protected against
moisture. Observe the hazard information when
doing this (see Section 2).
Only use high-quality alkaline batteries (LR03)
for operating the headlight flasher sensor.
These are leak-proof and have a long service life.

8.1 General information on flashing
sequences
A flashing sequence is a technical sequence
consisting of up to 5 time segments. The flashing
sequence is formed from the flashing pulses
(i.e. time segments) in which current flows through
the lamp and the pauses between these times:
