ON: Measurement using voltage transformers.

When measuring via voltage transformer, the device must know the
voltage transformation ratio. For this purpose, the primary and sec-
ondary voltages must be specified in the fields "PT PRIMARY" and
"PT SECONDARY".
When changing from direct measurement to measurement using volt-
age transformers, the device accepts the last set reference measuring
voltage as the secondary voltage and as the primary voltage.
OFF: Measurement directly on the low-voltage system.

When changing from measurement using voltage transformers to di-
rect measurement, the device accepts the last set secondary voltage
as the reference measuring voltage.
