Write protection
Selection
WRITE PROTECTION
In order to gain write access, the hardware write protection must be deactivated directly on
the device. The hardware write protection cannot be deactivated via a communication
interface.
Password protection
Password protection prevents the following actions:
● Changing of device settings, including password
● Changing and deleting of values
● Deleting of data and memory content
● Setting and resetting of counts
● Restoring the factory settings
Reading out of measured values and memory content is possible without restriction when
password protection is active.
