This function is including switch ON delay, switch OFF delay,protect
ON delay and protect ON delay. Some special equipment need time
protection for ON or OFF.
---Delay for switching ON:(0..255 Min)
Duration minutes of the ON delay
---Delay for switching ON:(0...59 Sec)
Duration seconds of the ON delay.
---Delay for switching OFF:(0...255 Min)
Duration minutes of the OFF delay.
