Trouble-shooting
Description
Device cannot be switched on
Battery cannot be recharged,
symbol for mains connection
does not appear in the display
although the mains cable is
plugged in
Vacuum low
Vacuum high
Battery Low
System blocked
System is shutting down
High Temperature
Device Overheated
Recording deleted
Leakage test failed
Flow readout is always 0 l/min
Service is required.

Possible reasons
Battery is fully discharged
Fuse is defective
Mains cable is defective or not plugged
in correctly
Internal power supply or battery is
defective
Any leakage
Blockage in the hose set
Filter / overflow safety is blocked
Secretion has penetrated the
aggregate
Excessive vacuum is fed from outside
Battery is flat
In the display it is shown that the
system is blocked
Battery is empty
SD Card removed while recording
Internal error
Component error
Secretion has entered the device
hardware / software fault
Measures
Connect the mains cable and recharge the
battery; see the charge level indicator on the
left in the display
Check device fuse and in-house fuse
Check the mains cable
Device must be checked by the authorised
service
Check all the tubing and container on any
leakage
Possible blockage must be eliminated; the
measuring channel must be removed briefly
from the container lid; in case the filter in the
measuring channel is blocked, the hose set
must be exchanged
Hose and filter must be checked, if the filter
is blocked, the container including filter must
be exchanged
Device must be checked by the authorised
service
Check correct tubing
Connect the device to the mains; battery is
recharged and the charge level indicator is
shown in the display on the left
Check the hose and if the filter is blocked,
the container including filter must be
exchanged.

In case of any leakage during the automatic
leakage test, the device must be checked by
