7.0 Trouble-shooting
Error in temperature display

Not used
maxium allowed temperature

exceeded (>51°C); if the tempera-
ture exceeds 51°C for more than 2
seconds, the pump is switched off
automatically

-5V is missing (supply voltage on the
control board)

Break of the safety NTC

If errors cannot be corrected with the assistance of the trouble-shooting list, please inform the ATMOS service staff.
Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself!

Switch off device, cooling down for approx. 1 minute
is required.
•
Check, whether temperature setting is too high.
If necessary, adjust desired temperature to a value of <51°C
by means of the coding switches.
•
Inform the service staff.
•
Bent hose tip within the ear/auditory canal.
•
Inform the service staff.
•
Check proper connection of the handle
•
Replace the handle
•
Inform the service staff.
•
Check proper connection of the handle

Replace the handle

Inform the service staff.
•
Check, whether temperature setting is too high.
