c) Select the "XIO" element in the Bit folder. Refer to

4) Configure the MSG instruction.
a) Edit the "Message Control" field on the MSG
instruction to use the previously-created
"connection" tag. Refer to Figure 58.
b) Click the message configuration button ("...") in
the MSG instruction. The "Message Configuration"
window will open. Refer to Figure 59.

"Configuration" tab settings:

Change the "Message Type" to "CIP
Data Table Read".
ii)
In the "Source Element" field, enter
the read tag you wish to access (refer
to section 9.2.9). In this example, we
will be reading a total of 25 registers
beginning at reg_201 (output
frequency).
