•
Place the sensor on the timing system
cover and cause it to make contact with
the tone wheel.
•
Measure the clearance between the
fixing plate and the cover with a thick-
ness gauge. Subtract the plain washer
value from this measurement to obtain
the clearance between the sensor and
the tone wheel.
•
Remove the washer and fit the sensor after applying adequate sealing paste on the fixing
plate, then tighten the screws to the prescribed torque.

TO BOTH HEADS.

Remove the head.
•
Remove the gasket.
