•
Position the alternator and the timing
system belt.
•
Position the screw and pre-tighten it.
•
Position the screw and tighten the nut.
•
Using the belt tensioning tool (code
05.94.86.30), tension the belt to the
prescribed torque and screw the set
screw.
•
Remove the belt tensioning tool.
•
Lock the set screw in position by
screwing the lock nut.
