Connection options

11.3.3.1 Ripple control receiver with PCU, digital inputs
The following example shows the connection of a ripple control receiver
(RCR) to the digital inputs of the PCU.
The ripple control receiver and the PCU are in the same potential here. The
bridge assignment block I, block II and block III can be found in the table
(see section 11.1.1 Description of the elements). There is a mass connection
between RCR and PCU.

As most ripple control receivers do not have any feedback inputs, the digital
PCU signal outputs (feedback outputs) do not lead to the ripple control
receiver, but are designed separately. The feedback signals from the PCU
must be further processed in accordance with the system concept.
