P1652-SERIAL COMMUNICATION LINK MALFUNCTION —

4 The conditions necessary to set the DTC are not present at this time.
Make sure to check for any Communication DTCs or customer concerns of possible
bus problems. This includes any other controllers on the bus on this vehicle. If there
is a bus problem refer to the Communication Category for diagnosis.
With the DRBIII , check the EATX EVENT DATA to help identify the conditions in
which the DTC was set.
Were there any problems found?
Yes → Repair as necessary.
→ Test Complete.
