STEP 5 Diagnostics Facilities, Operation with IM 308-C
Diagnostics
Master diagnostics Registers all slaves for which diagnostics
messages are pending.
Registers all slaves with which data trans-
fer has taken place within a certain time
window
Provides information on the operating
mode of the DP master
Station diagnostics Provides information on status of the slave
and outputs diagnostics for channel groups
