T ry inserting a different card. If this card can be read, the problem is
with the first card.

U se a cleaning card to clean the card reader. If you need cleaning
cards, contact the TD Merchant Solutions Help Desk to purchase.

I f problem persists, contact the TD Merchant Solutions Help Desk.

E nsure that the power cables are firmly connected to the power ports
and the wall jacks.

I f the PINpad screen is black, press any key on the terminal.

of the reader towards the back.
