Remote Downloads Your terminal will attempt to download automatic updates from time to time. Update attempts happen late at night after the terminal has already submitted the batch. If an update fails for any reason, the terminal will print out a message that includes the text “Remote Download Failed.” When a download fails, the terminal will still work normally, but you may want to contact the help desk to figure out why the download failed and try it again.
