USING THE FACSIMILE MACHINE AS A PHOTOCOPIER

The facsimile machine can also be used as a photocopier. The copying function is controlled by
the value of the set-up parameters set on the relevant menu, namely the set-up parameter
"QUALITY COPIES ?". If the quality copy parameter is enabled, a clearer copy will be produced.
The result obtained also depends on the Contrast, Resolution and Image settings, which must be
made before activating the copying function.
You can make one or more copies of the document. Having inserted the document in the ADF and
made the relevant settings, proceed as follows:

for a single copy
Press START. The facsimile machine makes a copy of the document and returns to standby.

for multiple copies
Access the "PAGINATING/MULTICOPY" menu by pressing FUNCTION followed by 7.

Press START and then display the "MULTICOPY" submenu by pressing the ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ or ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ key.

Press START to access the submenu. Set the desired number of copies (max. 99) and press
START again. The facsimile machine stores the document and makes the number of copies
set.
