REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS
Enables you to enable or disable a diagnostic test run from a remote terminal. This feature is only
available in certain countries.
DATE FORMAT
Enables you to set the desired format for the date and time. The available formats are:
- DD/MM 'YY
- 'YY MM/DD
- MM/DD/YY 24h
- MM/DD/YY 12h
LANGUAGE SELECTION
Enables you to select the language in which the messages are displayed or printed.

CONNECTING TO A PERSONAL COMPUTER

The facsimile machine has a bidirectional parallel interface which, once fitted with the optional kit,
can be connected to a personal computer. In this configuration, the facsimile machine can be used
as a:
- scanner ("pass-through", black and white)
for scanning documents or pictures
- printer (300x300 dpi resolution)
for printing documents from any Windows application
- modem (9600 bps)
for handling the facsimile service via a PC
To handle the connection, the PC must have the following minimum configuration :
