BROADCAST TRANSMISSIONS

This menu enables you to display and print the information associated with the documents in the
memory to be used for broadcast transmission.

Printing a list of the correspondents associated with broadcast transmssions

You can print a list of all the documents associated with broadcast transmissions by following the
procedure described below.
1. Press FUNCTION followed by 9.

2. Press START.

3. Then, by pressing the ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ or ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ key, display the "BROADCAST TRANSMISSIONS" menu and
press START.
4. By pressing the ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ key, select the desired broadcast transmission and press PRINT. The fax
machine will print the list.
5. To exit from the menu, press STOP twice.
