Selecting a document

1. Press FUNCTION followed by 9. Then press START twice.

DOC.R: nnnn + type
2. Press ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ or ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ until the desired document reference number appears on the display (or enter
the reference number directly on the numeric keypad). Then press the ← ← ← ← ← and → → → → → keys to
display the number of pages in the document and the date and time of storage.
3. To exit from the menu, press STOP twice.

Clearing a document

Select the document as described and then press the CLEAR key. Remember that if a document
is cleared, any transactions associated with it are also cancelled. Before proceeding to clear the
document, the machine asks you to confirm the operation:
CONFIRM DELETION
1=YES
Press 1 to confirm deletion of the selected document or 0 to cancel. To exit from the menu, press
STOP twice.

Printing a document

Select the document as described and then press the PRINT key. The facsimile machine prints
the document. To exit from the menu, press STOP twice.
