countries, this parameter cannot be accessed).

confirm by pressing START.

13. Press START. This parameter determines the number of rings (from 1 to 9) to be counted
before the facsimile machine answers an incoming call. Set the desired number of rings and
confirm by pressing START.

14. Press START. The redial number represents the number of attempts (from 1 to 9) made by
the machine when it finds the correspondent's number busy or receives no answer. Set a
number of redials and confirm by pressing START.

15. Press START. This parameter determines the delay (from 10 to 999 seconds) between one
redial and the next. Set the desired delay and confirm by pressing START. The display shows
the next parameter "FAX/PHONE ALARM DURATION" (in some countries, this parameter
cannot be accessed).

16. Press START. This parameter determines the delay (from 10 to 99 seconds) counted by the
machine before preparing to receive a document. It is associated with the set-up parameter
"FAX/PHONE" (see the second part of the manual "Getting the Best from Your Facsimile
Machine"). Set the desired delay and confirm by pressing START.
17. You have how completed the procedure. Press STOP. The facsimile machine returns to
standby.
