4.5 Maintenance Bypass Switch Operation
4.5.1 Transfer to Maintenance Bypass
Step 1: Pull the outside edges of the LCD Display panel housing out and down to gain access to the maintenance
bypass switch.
Step 2: Remove the MBS small metal cover with 2 screws:
Step 3: Make sure the UPS is operating in static Bypass mode.
Step 4: Switch ON the Maintenance Bypass Breaker as shown below:
Now it is possible to perform maintenance on the UPS without affecting the load equipment.
