Error Content
The length of the paper that is
set differs from the paper size
configured by the application
software or printer driver.
The amount of paper loaded in
the feeder lift tray is over the limit.
Paper is jammed in the feeder slot.
The feeder lift tray does not lower.
The paper switch lever needs to
be checked a set position.
The firmware update failed.
Handling
If the paper is different, replace with
the proper paper.
If the application software or printer
driver's configuration is different,
click on the Status Monitor's [Cancel
Print Job] and print again after
correctly configuring the paper size.
Load paper so that the number
of sheets is less than the specified
amount and the top surface of the
paper stack is lower than the paper
loading limit mark.
If there is paper in the feeder slot,
remove it.
Remove the paper jam from the
feeder slot.
Confirm that is no foreign matter
under the paper lift tray.
Confirm that the paper switch lever
is set to the appropriate position for
the paper. (P.13)
After setting the paper switch lever
correctly, press the Pause key to
resume printing.
To cancel printing, click on [Cancel
Print Job] in the Status Monitor.
Perform the update again.
