Item Description
Check tire air pressure
Inspect tires for damage
Check tire tread for debris
Check battery electrolyte level
Inspect for fluid leaks
Inspect all steering linkages and hardware
Inspect master cylinder fluid level
Tighten steering shaft to steering gear coupler (if equipped)
Wash batteries and clean terminals
Re-torque steering shaft couplers and U-Joints
Clean drive motor exterior
Check tire tread wear
Check all electrical interlocks for proper operation
Inspect wheel bearings for play and noise
Inspect front fork collar bearings for play and noise
Inspect and tighten all hardware
(first 100 hours only, then 500 hours and every 500 hours)
Inspect and tighten all hardware
Clean and repack front wheel bearings, replace grease seals
Test battery
Clean battery compartment
Clean motor control panel
Adjust service and park brake systems
Inspect all electrical connections for signs of overheating
Re-torque wheel nuts
Clean and lubricate motor coupler
Lubricate the vehicle
Adjust steering reduction box chains
Tighten all electrical connections
Inspect all wiring for cracks, fraying or wear
Blow carbon from motor
Inspect motor brushes and commutator
Inspect and adjust front wheel bearings
Inspect rear wheel bearings
Rotate tires
Inspect suspension bushings (spring, shock)
Inspect frame for damage
Change rear axle oil
Flush hydraulic brake system
Clean and repack front wheel bearings
Clean and repack fork collar bearings
Inspect brakes for wear
