Dismantling The Valve Cover; Dismantling The Secondary Air Valve - Malaguti MALBO Line Service Manual

- Unscrew the 2 air conveyor fixing screws (4) on the
clutch side.
- Remove the air conveyors.
- Remove the gasket (5).

DISMANTLING THE VALVE COVER

- Unscrew the 4 fixing screws (1).
- Unscrew the 2 secondary air hose screws (2).
- Remove the valve cover with its gasket.

The gasket must be replaced at each dismantling.

DISMANTLING THE SECONDARY AIR VALVE

- Remove the secondary air filter.
- Unscrew the 2 screws (1).
- Unscrew the screw (2).
- Remove the air valve cover (3).
- Remove the air valve (4).
