DISMANTLING THE PRIMARY PULLEY ASSY
- Unscrew the nut (1) and remove the washer (2).
- Remove the kick starter plate (3).
- Remove the fan (4).
- Remove the primary fixed half pulley (5).

- Remove the V-belt.
- Remove the clutch assy (6) and bush (7).
- Remove the washer (8).
- Dismantle the starter pinion unit assy (9).

DISMANTLING THE REAR CLUTCH ASSY

- Lock the clutch housing using the specific tool.
- Unscrew the nut (1).
- Dismantle the clutch housing and the rear clutch assy.
