3-12 Connecting a Remote Control Unit

Connecting an RM-P9 Remote Control Unit (not supplied) to the video
camera allows you to control the principal camera functions remotely.
Note
Before connecting the remote control unit to the video camera, turn the
camera off.
Camera Adaptor
After connecting an RM-P9 to the video camera, it will be ready for
operation by remote control as soon as you turn the camera on.
To discontinue remote control, detach the RM-P9.
For details on operations, refer to the RM-9P operation and maintenance manual.
