Use the electrical contact cleaner to cleanse the sealing
surface of the lower plate (1) and the two sample flow holes (2)
through the lower plate.
Blow down the lower plate with clean and dry air.
Set one of the small o-rings from the kit into the actuation gas
path recess (2) on the lower plate (1).
