Place the two upper actuation diaphragms over the upper
actuation plate so that the diaphragms' holes align with the
holes in the upper actuation plate.
Place the lower actuation plate (1) onto the upper actuation
plate with the lower actuation plate's long pistons (2) pointing
down. The pistons should be flat with the top of the piston
plate.
