Card stock that is bowed or bent may also cause feed problems. Most likely they will cause a
"card jam", where a card cannot move while being transported in the system. When this
problem occurs, the simplest solution is to open the cabinet and remove the distorted card.
However, if the card does not readily come out, do not force it out as it may damage the
system. This will require your service representative to investigate and remedy the problem.
5.4: Ordering Consumable Supplies
Consumable Supplies are ordered by calling the Customer Service Department at 1-416-840-
8620 (globally), or 800-524-0419 (USA only).
Only the use of genuine NBS consumables can guaranty proper printer operation.

Loading Cards
A major function of the operator is the loading of blank cards and the removal of personalized
cards. Cards are loaded into the input hopper on the right side of the unit.
