4.9.5: Card Side
The "Card Side" parameter specifies what side of the card the printing is to occur on. The
options are Top or Bottom.
4.10: Utility / File / Copy & Delete Commands (For Layout,
Font, Image, Kanji, Firmware)
As stated previously, the "Copy" sub-menu allows for the copying of an existing card layout and
its renaming. (See Figure 4-16.) This is similar to the "Delete" sub-menu, which allows deletion
of an existing card layout from memory. (Refer to Figure 4-17.) These screens are self
explanatory and need no further clarification.

Firmware)
The "Download" command is used to retrieve an existing file from the host computer, while
the "Upload" command is used to transfer a file to the host computer from the D-40 Printer.
These options are illustrated in Figure 4-18 and Figure 4-19. Both use an Xmodem*
application for the file transfer.
