Correction
• Drain and clean oil
• Use recommended oil
• Refer to fi ltering procedures
• Clean and rinse vat and then
dry thoroughly
• Open valve, force cleaning brush
through drain
• Remove right side panel and remove
plug from end of trough and clean
trough
• Tighten all fi lter line connections
• Change fi lter paper or pad
• Make sure fi lter pan return line is
pushed completely into the receiver on
the fryer
• Clean pan and change paper or pad
• Change O-ring
• Lower elements back into vat
• Plug power cord into receptacle
• Breakers in fryer tripped; open left door
and reset breaker on fryer
• Allow time for the motor to cool and
then, using a screwdriver, press hard
against the button until it clicks
