Hi all,
We just purchased a new EEG-242 for KFC Aruba but our maintenance department misplaced the initial programming USB and we are not able to start up the fryer now.
Is there any way we could get a new USB or the programming in order for us to start up the fryer?

Model EEG-241, 242, 243, 244 5-6. DO NOT DISTURB Time periods of peak operations during which the “FILTER NOW?” message will not appear, may be programmed into the fryer. There are three groupings of days - Monday thru Friday (M-F), Saturday (SAT), and Sunday (SUN). Within each day grouping, up to 4 time periods (M-F 1 thru M-F 4, SAT 1 thru SAT 4, and SUN 1 thru SUN 4) may be programmed.
