Check the message displayed in the [Error] screen, and press the [Set] button to correct the following settings:
● "PaperStream NX Manager" setting on the scanner
● Setting in PaperStream NX Manager
If the problem persists, write down the error code and contact the distributor/dealer where you purchased this

Authentication Failed

If the authentication for PaperStream NX Manager fails, the [Error] screen on the touch screen displays the
following code.
M6:AF

● [Auto Login] setting on the scanner
● Authentication setting for PaperStream NX Manager
