No LAN connection with the Base-unit
Bad Wifi connection between Sensor-
button TOUCH and Base-unit.
No Wi-Fi connection between mobile
device with Base-unit
There is no sound at main-display.

"WirelessMedia" APP.
No audio when transmit local file to

Problem of sound-flower APP
The volume is set too low, on the
mobile device,
Unsupportive audio format, including
Dolby MS11, DDCO DTSLBR, DTSE,
DTS-Neo Ultra, SRS-THEATERSOUND,
DTS Studio Sound 3D, DTS HD.
Klick & Show APP is set to run
background. Due to Apple policy, any
IP address is not within LAN range.
DHCP is not enabled.
Use wireless network scan tool to look
for free or the least congested
channels.
Move the Base-unit to another place in
the room.
Avoid placing it inside cabinets, false
ceiling, below the table, behind the
wall, in another room.
Re-orient the Base-unit Antennas
Check mobile device to select the
correct 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz
Enter the correct SSID, password.
Make certain, that Audio is turned on.
Adjust level in menu configuration.
Click with right-mouse button at
speaker icon In task-bar and switch on.
Right-mouse click at speaker icon in
taskbar, open mixer and unmute
"WirelessMedia" or "Video-Playback".
1. Go to the macOS System
Preferences and select the "Security &
Privacy" tab. Find the "allow to
run/install the sound-flower" there
click on "Allow" next to "Matt Ingels",
in order to allow this sound-flower to
install on the Mac Book.
2. If it needs the admin password, user
need to enter it.
3. Run the WirelessMedia.app again,
it'll auto-install the sound-flower to
the MAC Book.
Increase the volume on the mobile
device.
If possible, reformat it to the other
audio format, like DD, DD+, HE-AAC,
DTS DMP, WMA, DRA, COOK
Put Klick & Show application back to
front stage
