Video is not shown on screen.
When using window 7 the following
message about the Window Aero color
scheme appears "Windows has
detected your computer's performance
is slow. This could because these are
not enough resources to run the
windows Aero color scheme. To
improve... "
Your content is removed from the
main display and the LEDs on the
button are flashing.
Nothing is shown on the main-displays
at all.
Touch function of Main Touchscreen is
not working.
Touch function of Main Touchscreen is
working slowly and delaying.
The processing power of laptop is
limited.
Bad wireless communication.
The content use HDCP.
Klick & Show uses resource from the
GPU. In combination with other
programs that do so, Window 7
sometimes shows this message
suggesting to disable Aero to improve
the performance of Laptop.
Connection to Base-unit is lost.
The displays is switched off.
The display cable (HDMI) is not
correctly connected.
The display does not recognize or is
not able to display the Base-unit
output resolution, for example when
"4K-resolution" has been set.
The Base-unit is in standby mode,
"Power-LED" is flashing at Base-unit.
Power-supply is missed.
Touch function needs a separate USB
cable between Touchscreen and base-
unit of Klick & Show.
„"Remote View" is active and affects
the performance.
Lower the screen resolution of the
Laptop.
Update driver of graphic-card
Please see problem "Bad wireless
communication".
Klick & Show does not support
showing HDCP content.
If possible, connect the source device
to local HDMI input at Base-unit.
It is safe to ignore this message and
choose "Keep the current color
scheme."
Klick & Show tries to restore the
connection automatically. If it fails, the
LEDs on the button start blinking
green. Unplug the button from your
Laptop and try a new Sensor-button.
Switch on the display.
Insert the display cable to the display
and the Base-unit.
Change the corresponding setting via
the Setting Configuration with another
appropriate monitor. You also can
change the configuration with the
mobile APP and "Remote View", see
chapter 7.2, 7.3.
Push the standby button on the Base-
unit or power off and on again the
Base-unit or insert a Sensor-button
and touch.
Connect Touchscreen with USB cable
to USB-port of Base-unit.
Lock „"Remote View" in menu, see,
chapter 5.4.2.
