Unpack the AP1000e

AP1000e series employs a dual radio model—the AP1020e—which includes two antennas for each radio.
Confirm that the shipping box contains the following:
AP1000e

Four (4) omnidirectional antennas

Wall mount bracket

Three (3) large screws (for attaching to the wall mount bracket)

Four (4) rubber feet (for use when deploying on a horizontal surface)


Power Requirements

Radios on an AP1000e use 2x2 MIMO configuration. To power an AP1000e, use either an 802.3af or
802.3at PoE cable; either one works automatically with no configuration required. For a list of
supported PoEs, see the appendix
